MLUG IRC Information

Jonathan Challiet has graciously offered his IRC server to MLUG:

Server irc.milwaukeelug.org Port 6667
Channel #mlug

There are only a few simple rules for the server/network:

  • Illegal activities will not be tolerated.
  • Abusive conduct will not be tolerated. Please be civil.
  • Channels designated as Private or Secret are just that. Please respect the wishes of channel founders.

This is a great way to keep in touch in an instant way!

"#" means "channel" in IRC-speak

all IRC commands start with "/":
